My hours are from 10 am to 8 pm, Monday thru Friday. To be considered for a session with Mistress Deborah you must first fill out my application. Be very detailed in your answers. If you can’t follow simple instructions, then don’t even bother filling out the application, go somewhere else. If you fill out the application please give us a chance to contact you first to tell you weather or not your application has been accepted. Sometimes this may take 24 hours.

Double Mistress Sessions are available as well as extended and overnight appointments. Overnight and extended sessions are not available as a first appointment.

After we have reviewed your application, Veronica will e-mail or call you to give you the news. This is only required for the first session. A deposit is required before we go any further. Once you are accepted and you have shown up for your appointment, we will have a 10 to 15 minute chat/ interview before your session begins. This time will NOT count against your appointment time.

If you are not accepted, then the Mistress has nothing in common with you, and doesn't’t wish to play with you. At that point we can suggest another Mistress that might be interested in seeing you.

NO SESSION IS EVER DONE WITHOUT GOING THROUGH THE APPLICATION PROCESS!

Mistress Deborah rates are $250.00 per hour.

Mistress Deborah does not offer golden showers or smoking sessions at the Manor, this includes any Mistress working at the Manor. 

No Mistress will ever be nude or partially naked, if you are looking for sex, then your confused about what a Mistress does and is.

Ama Manor does require a deposit for first time sessions. Deposits are non-refundable and insure your session appointment. If you don't show up or are late the deposit covers that time. If you are interested in an overnight or extended sessions please contact us for the rates. Extended rates are for 5 hours or more, over night is a 24 hour period. Overnight session’s rates depend on how much play time you require. Same day sessions with a new client are not possible. Weekend sessions must be set up before the weekend.
